無精神成日想訓?簡單祛濕湯水解決「春困」

春天一到天氣潮濕,不少人都會感到特別易疲倦。若然你容易感到疲累困重、嗜睡、失眠、頭昏腦脹、精神不集中、浮腫、腹脹等徵狀,就已經是出現「春困」情況。原來在中醫的角度,春天氣候由寒轉溫,降雨量及空氣濕度增加,濕氣進入人體就會令脾胃運化受阻,身體氣血運行不暢,經脈不通,因此出現「春困」。想化解「春困」,可以煲一些簡單湯水,健脾清濕熱。

1.木棉花化濕湯

材料:木棉花30克,雞蛋花30克,薏米30克,瘦肉600克,炒扁豆30克,淮山20克,陳皮1角,薑片3片

做法:

首先清洗木棉花,搓淨表面的灰塵;將薏米、扁豆洗淨,用清水浸泡一小時;同時洗淨陳皮,刮掉白色內瓤;瘦肉洗淨切塊,汆水撈起。

 

然後將所有材料一起放入到煲中,加適量清水,用大火煲開之後煮20分鐘再轉小火煲1個小時即可。

 

 

2.五指毛桃粉葛煲鯪魚

材料:五指毛桃 50克, 赤小豆30克,粉葛 800克,陳皮1角,鯪魚500克,生薑3片。

 

做法:

先將五指毛桃、赤小豆、陳皮洗淨後備用;然後將粉葛削皮洗淨切塊。再將鯪魚清洗乾淨後瀝乾水分,然後鍋中放油,慢火煎至金黃。最後將所有材料一起放入煲內,加入2500毫升清水,大火煮開後轉小火煲2個小時;最後放入適量食鹽即可。
